Need to know a bit more on how we deliver our furniture, how long it takes or what to do if you need to return something?
Good news! You're in the right place.
How quickly will I receive my new Kimi furniture?
Our furniture is hand finished and made to order, so please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. The delivery will require a signature, but you'll get an alert to let you know when the delivery will be.
Ordered by accident?
The drunken online all night shopping spree. You wake up the next day and realise you ordered a full size unicorn costume and 5 tonnes of glitter. It's cool, we've all been there. Just let us know within 24 hours that you need to cancel your order.
Missed the delivery?
That's okay, our couriers will re-attempt delivery once more before returning the goods to us. If the goods are returned to us then you will need to pay for the additional delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is not a problem, just get in touch for a quick quote.
I need to return something?
No sweat! Just get in touch with us first and we'll let you know if we can accept the return. Once we've approved the return you will need to send the goods back to us in the original packaging. You will need to arrange and pay for the return delivery and we would recommend sending the goods signed for. We can not accept any goods which are returned damaged.
Can a custom order be returned?
A custom order may only be returned if the goods are faulty.
